Captain Greg Norton - Captain Spencer Norton Captain Greg Norton has over 30 years of fishing experience under his belt. As the son of a fisherman, he learned a love of fishing from his father, who fished until he was 75 years old. Greg started his fishing career at the age of 14 as a lobster fisherman. In 1979, he caught his first tuna, a 966 lb giant, and he’s been hooked every since.
Like his dad, Captain Spencer Norton began fishing at just 14 years of age. Since then, he has become a skilled, well-rounded angler but, like his father, his passion is giant bluefin tuna. He loves the excitement of catching big game fish and watching others experience the same thrill. Having recently completed his Captain’s certification, Spencer has teamed up with his father as the First Captain for Tightline Tours. |
